Database
Search:
Before filing your trade mark we highly
recommend that a search of the Australian
Trade Marks Database (ATMOSS) has
been conducted. Our staff will conduct
a detailed methodical search to assess
the likelihood of registration for
your mark. This search can also foresee
possible future objections from examiners
which will prepare us to overcome
any such objection.
A Database Search is usually $180.00
inc GST but we are currently including
searches under the cost of filing
an application. (please see below) |
Preparation
and Filing an Application:
Includes file preparation, 3 hours
negotiation to any objections from
the trade marks office (if needed),
discussion of which goods and services
your company provides to determine
which goods and services class/es
your mark requires coverage for, advice
on likelihood of success, brief discussion
of legal matters that may arise.
$425.00 inc GST per mark |
Government
Charges:
$180.00 per class
There will also be registration fees
which will be payable once the trade
mark is accepted. Approx $300.00 per
trade mark. |
